    This book is to the point & only gives the basic summary of why one is obese according to the Obesity Code. I recommend.

    Nice summary. It states that insulin resistance makes you fat. To much insulin makes you fat. Without insulin, you die. Fasting is good, starvation bad. Breakfast is not the most important meal of the day. Butter is healthy. Questions that I hope the book answers are, If your genetics make you fat are you doomed? If it is not calories that make you fat, then why is it that you CAN lose weight on a junk food diet with low calories? Why is fructose (honey, fruit) bad when it raises insulin less? Isn't the combination of glucose and fructose (table sugar) the real monster? Reading the book may give the answer. I will probably read it.

    An helpful book. This book is splendid. I inclined such huge numbers of successful thing from this book. This book contains the easiest contents which will give you some basic understand about loosing weight effectively. I thought this unlocking the secrets of weight loss did a good instruction in this book. This book is perfect for those who are into this kind of book and those who wants to know more information about this topic. I was really astounded by perceiving what number of imperative recommendations accumulated in such a short book. Creator completed a phenomenal activity.
